Handyman Services – Performing miscellaneous fix-it / odd jobs including, but not necessarily limited to things such as: clearing snow from walkways and roofs, fixing a door, moving / building furniture, building / refurbishing decks, etc. And, if / when something goes beyond our capabilities, we can recommend an appropriate contractor to meet your needs!
Grounds-keeping Services – Cutting and watering lawns, spring / fall cleanup, etc.
Home Cleaning Services – Providing typical home cleaning services before, during and after your stay in your home away from home.
Diving Services – Inspecting, repairing and/or replacing mooring chains and shackles, and providing general purpose diving services.
Snow Removal – Want your driveway, walkway or other areas cleared of snow? Give us a call!
External Walkaround – Performing periodic walkarounds / visual inspections of your home, looking for exterior damage, ice dams, evidence of break-in, ensuring electrical service remains connected to the home, generator is running (if applicable), etc. Includes taking pictures (extensive pictures at beginning of season as well as pictures from each visit), logging visits and sending details to our clients. This can be done on a weekly or monthly basis, all according to your needs! We can also perform visual roof inspections by drone. Additional tasks can be negotiated.
Internal Walkthrough – Performing periodic walkthroughs / visual inspections of your home, checking temperature, internet, security, confirming no rodent infestation or leaks, turning on / off heat cables (roof ice melting systems), flushing toilets, starting vehicle(s), checking battery tenders, ensuring enough salt in water softner system, checking dehumidifier, heating fuel check, watering up to 10 plants. Includes taking pictures, logging visits and sending details to our clients. And, we wear booties to avoid traipsing mud or snow into your home. This is an add-on to the External Walkaround, outlined above, and will be performed concurrently. Additional tasks can be negotiated.
USPS Mail / Package Check and Forwarding – Pickup mail and/or packages, providing pictures to the homeowner for review and then forwarding requested mail/packages to homeowner. This service is an add-on to the Internal Walkthrough above.
Pet Sitting – If you are planning to be away from your Raymond Cape home and need someone to care for your furry or feathered friends, we can help!
Site Coordination & Project Management– Being your feet on the ground, performing on-demand checks after storms, during power outage situations, etc. and coordination of activities related to addressing concerns found, or work scheduled to take place at the home. Includes, for example, leach field replacements: we’ll coordinate everything from site plans, permitting and overseeing contractors performing the work through to completion.
House Sitting – Keep your home active while you are away, by having one of our professionals house sit. We can do that too! Limited availability, so call now!
